Labradoodle Puppy Farm Closure Leads to Mass Surrender
RSPCA Tasmania Receives Over 250 Dogs
RSPCA Tasmania has taken in over 250 labradoodles following the closure of one of Tasmania's largest dog breeders.
The closure of Tasmanian Labradoodles, owned by a couple from Cleveland, came after the RSPCA alleged overbreeding of female dogs. As a result, the couple has signed an out-of-court agreement with the RSPCA, which led to the surrender of the puppies.
The RSPCA is now seeking new homes for the labradoodles. Adoption efforts are underway to find suitable families for these animals. The RSPCA urges potential adopters to consider the responsibility of owning a dog and to ensure they can provide a loving and caring home for their new companion.
